A Huntsville man accused of child endangerment has been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury.
Drake Doughty was arrested in April. While his girlfriend drove, the 35-year-old allegedly grabbed the woman and pulled her into the backseat, where their six-month-old child was also sitting. A passenger was able to stop the car.
Child endangerment is a second degree felony.
