Huntsville's city council wants to tighten up its budget and that could mean eliminating some jobs. The city has adopted what it is calling a "Back to Basic" budget.
The plan includes reorganizing city departments. Some departments will be consolidated and restructured. Four city positions may be eliminated to cut cost. The council has until the end of September 27 to adopt the final budget.
