A forensic psychiatrist is set to testify for a third day today in Andrea Yates' second murder trial.
Dr. Park Dietz is testifying for the prosecution during its rebuttal phase. He evaluated Yates more than four months after she drowned her five children in the bathtub in 2001.
He has told jurors that Yates knew killing the children was wrong.
Yates is charged in only three of the children's deaths and has again pleaded innocent by reason of insanity. She will be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.
Prosecutors say Yates planned the murders and knew they were wrong.
Dietz's testimony in Yates' first trial led an appeals court to overturn her 2002 murder conviction. He referenced an episode of the TV show "Law and Order" -- that turned out not to exist.
Closing arguments are expected later this week.
