Three More Charged in SW Airlines Ticket Scam

Ten people have now been accused in an alleged conspiracy to steal tickets from Southwest Airlines.

A federal grand jury has indicted a woman and two more men -- including two Bexar County law officers.

Investigators say the woman is a cousin of a man whose wife used to work for Dallas-based Southwest. That couple was indicted in June.

Mattie Laverne Epperson, Deputy Mark Edward Kedrowski and court bailiff Pedro Martinez Junior were indicted Wednesday.

All surrendered and are free on bond.

Attorneys for the three say they expect their clients to be exonerated.

The indictment alleges conspiracy to commit access device fraud, which carries a penalty of up to five years in prison.

Kedrowski and Martinez have been put on unpaid administrative leave.
