A federal lawsuit alleging corruption has been filed against the community's two police chiefs.
The suit by All American Roadrunners Wrecker Service claims it's getting frozen out of law enforcement-assigned towing jobs. It names Bryan Police Chief Ty Morrow, College Station Police Chief Michael Ikner, both cities and Brazos County as defendants.
The lawsuit accuses both police departments of showing preferential treatment to A-1Towing in exchange for favors for the officers.
While neither city will comment citing pending litigation, Morrow told News 3 that All-American was removed from the police call list, but it was because the company was not properly licensed and had criminal complaints filed against it.

The Towing Business is very lucrative. The Cities that Parcipitate obtain their share Of The Unjustly Money scheme. I beleive this should be regulated by the Feds to stop Kickbacks to Police stations.
I know all about the towing business and politics. We are the only towing business in this little county, because it doesn't support two. What we deal with is politics in a big way especially this past election.
Well I went and looked at this TDLR. I think everyone who is making comments need to go and look at this site BEFORE he and or she makes a judgment. Course you also could call TDLR and ask them Just how many complaints have been made against this company. Don't know if they will tell you but who knows. Lets just give them somemore Cheese with all this WINE....
