Some high school seniors got an Aggieland jump start to their college education.
Friday was the final day of the Aggie Summer Institute Program offered A&M along with Texas Guarantee. Hundreds of seniors from across the state have spent the past four days learning about everything from applying to colleges to comparing financial aid packages.
And speaking of financial aid, $70,000 worth of scholarships were awarded to many of the students.
Aggie yell leaders made an appearance as part of the final day's activities.
