The Better Business Bureau says identity theft is one of its biggest complaints locally, and the best way to protect yourself is to destroy your personal information.
Saturday is your chance to do that at a "Shredding Party" in front of Sam's Club in College Station.
Just bring your personal papers from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and shred them, while learning about ways to protect your identity.
College Station Police and Sam's Club are hosting the "shredding party". BVSWMA will provide information on recycling and composting.

Is Ollie North going to be there giving personal instructions? If so, I sure hope he brings his gorgeous ex-secretary. It's been a few years now, so I sincerely hope time has been generous to her. Anyway, enjoy the party and learn to make shredding of personal documents a habit. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
