A one vehicle accident in Brazos County sent the driver and passenger to a hospital with serious injuries early Monday morning.
The Department of Public Safety says the accident happened around 1:45 a.m. on Highway 30 near the Navasota River.
According to witness reports the driver veered into on-coming traffic, and when she tried to move back over, she swerved off the road and hit a tree.
The driver was air lifted to Scott and White Hospital in Temple, where she is listed in serious condition.
The passenger is listed in fair condition.
