Authorities Investigating Burton Woman's Murder
While a Burton woman was laid to rest Tuesday, investigators continue to look into her mysterious murder.

While a Burton woman was laid to rest Tuesday, investigators continue to look into her mysterious murder.
The body of Theresa Horne, 83, was found by an oil field worker along FM 141, between Giddings and Dime Box last Thursday.
According to Lee County investigators, Horne had been run over by her own truck and dragged several yards.
An autopsy revealed that Horne died from multiple traumatic injuries to her body, Lee County Deputy Rodney Meyers said.
Her Chevrolet pickup truck was found the next day several miles away in Washington County.
Lee and Washington County authorities, along with the Texas Rangers are investigating.
Officials say there are no suspects at this time.
