Bethany Witzel, Arlendra Williams, and Dollie Green, all of Bryan, were indicted for possession of a controlled substance.
Witzel is accused of using cocaine during her pregnancy, which authorities say caused her child's premature birth and subsequent death.
Williams is also accused of using illegal drugs during her pregnancy, which authorities say caused her child to be born deceased, after only 33 weeks.
Authorities say Green tested positive for cocaine after her premature son died last year.
