Bryan Police Officers can now add dog grooming to their list of community services. Local officers hosted a dog wash and rabies vaccination fundraiser at the Brazos Center Saturday afternoon.

The event was held to raise money for the Bryan Police Officers' Association (B.P.O.A.) Mark Hiatt Scholarship Fund. Hiatt was a Bryan police officer who was killed in the line of duty.

B.P.O.A. is a non-profit organization composed of officers and civilian employees of the Bryan Police Department. B.P.O.A.'s main goal as an organization is to provide a unified voice for the department's employees on all aspects of employment.

From cleaning chihuahuas to drying dalmatians, dogs of all shapes and sizes were welcome at the Brazos Center this Saturday.
