The Texans for School Choice political action committee is funding billboards and radio ads in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston.
The spots will target low-income, inner-city parents.
The ads -- in Spanish and English -- carry the message "Give parents a choice. Give children a chance."
The group is funded by San Antonio (M) millionaire James Leininger.
