The suspect in the murder of JonBenet Ramsey says he was with her when she died, but claims it was "an accident."

A US Department of Homeland Security official who took part in the news conference says Karr will be brought back to Colorado in the next week to face charges of murder, kidnap and sexual assault of a child.
