One of Bryan's ten most wanted suspects has been arrested after police say he and his girlfriend pulled a gun on a man and threatened to kill him.
According to Bryan police, Elwood Webber, 37, and his girlfriend, Takeya Ginn, 31, smashed out a window at a home on Martin Luther King Street and threatened the resident, following an argument about drugs.
The pair led police on a car chase, and then Webber fled on foot, ditching his car and his girlfriend on Hall Street, according to police.
Police found Webber with 27 grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine.
Ginn was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and public intoxication.
Webber was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, evading arrest in a vehicle, and evading arrest on foot.
Webber was also wanted on a parole violation stemming from a prior conviction.
