Jury selection started Monday in the trial of a teenager accused of being involved in a drive-by shooting.
Frankie Bell is charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
In 2005, Bell was arrested along with 19-year-old Roderick Turner.
The shooting happened at Martin Luther King street and Candy Hill.
According to police, Bell opened fire and hit a 15-year-old in the leg.
The bullet narrowly missed another man, but lodged in the sole of his shoe.
Bell's trial is expected to start on Tuesday.
In April, Roderick Turner was given 10 years probation for his involvement in the shooting.
