A Bryan toddler escaped with minor injuries after being thrown from a vehicle in her car seat Monday morning.
The accident happened around 7:40 a.m. on Highway 47 in Bryan.
Police say the driver of a Kia Sodona failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of Villa Maria, and was broadsided by a Nissan Quest.
A 2-year-old girl in the Kia Sodona was ejected with her car seat out of the vehicle's side window.
Police say she only suffered minor injuries.
A 4-year-old passenger and the driver of the Kia Sodona, along with the driver of the Nissan Quest were not injured, according to police.
The driver of the Kia Sodona was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
