Two men were arrested this week accused of shooting at a Brazos County Constable at a Bryan nightclub.
David Martinez, Jr. was arrested at his home Wednesday night and Jesse DeJesus turned himself into authorities Friday, according to Bryan police spokeswoman Jillian Garza.
Both men were charged with aggravated assault on a public servant.
According to police, a fight broke out at The Rising Sun in the 2000 block of South College on August 6.
The fight moved outside and police said as Martinez and DeJesus drove away from the bar, they fired a gun from inside the vehicle.
Deputy Constable Steve Emert, who was working off-duty as a security guard at the club, returned fire.
No one was injured in the incident.
Aggravated assault on a public servant is a first degree felony.
