A News 3 Live Eye camera set up at Kyle Field captured a few fleeting frames of the moments before the crash of the Army Black Hawk helicopter.

It was around 3 p.m. that the crash happened. Prior to that, five Black Hawks were on campus during their scheduled training. The camera at the south end of Kyle Field facing east showed Duncan Field in the distance as helicopters flew around and landed just minutes before the crash.

The camera stopped recording images just before the crash.

You folks at KBTX DO know that the entire live eye network would benefit greatly from a time and date stamp on the photos, since the CSMC sequence on Jan 13 at 11:00 am shows a wet parking lot and cloudy sky...if that's live, then something pretty serious is wrong with my office window...
