Acting No More: Coulson Becomes CSISD Super

It's been all but inevitable for Eddie Coulson, but tonight, it became official.

Tuesday night, the school board unanimously voted for Coulson to become the district's superintendent, a role he's acting in for the past few weeks. Coulson will officially take the title Friday.

The nearly-ten-year veteran of College Station I-S-D will receive about $160,000 a year in his nearly-two-year deal.

Coulson replaces Jimmy Creel, who reached an exit agreement with the school board less than a year after he started work at the district.
