Three men are on the loose after robbing a home with an automatic weapon.
College Station Police responded to Trace Meadow Road near the Navarro and Wellborn Road intersection just after 10pm Saturday.
The men are described as black males by authorities. Two were wearing white shirts and were described as heavy set. The other was wearing red shorts and had a red bandana over his face. It was that individual that was brandishing an AK-47.
All that was taken was personal items like wallets. It was apparently a party that these three men broke in to. At least four people, if not more, were at the home at the time of the robbery. No one was injured.
There is a possible vehicle that police are searching for. It's a mid-90s Chevy Suburban, either dark grey or blue.
Anyone with knowledge of this incident or information on these armed criminals can call College Station Police. That number is 764-3600.
We'll update this story as it develops.
