Montgomery County authorities searching for illegal drugs belonging to a 22-year-old found more than they bargained for.
Oscar Benitez of The Woodlands was picked up at Montgomery County Junior College for drug possession Friday, but a subsequent search of his home turned up child pornography on a computer.
His mother was also caring for toddlers in the home, but was not licensed to run a daycare facility.
Charges are pending for Benitez's pornography upon further investigation. The home search also turned up marijuana and cocaine. Benitez is believed to have been selling the drugs at an ice cream shop where he was employed.
