A former nuclear materials courier with top clearance is accused of obtaining restricted items and selling them over the Internet.

Prosecutors say 41-year-old Joe Allen Sizemore of Amarillo has been indicted on charges of wire fraud, theft of government property and possession of unregistered firearms.

The feds say Sizemore is expected to surrender and make his initial court appearance within two weeks.

No telephone listing for Sizemore could immediately be found in the Amarillo area.

Sizemore was assigned to the Pantex Plant near Amarillo.

He's charged with five counts of wire fraud, 26 counts of theft of government property and one count of possession of unregistered
firearms.

Authorities recovered two submachine guns when they executed a search warrant at Sizemore's home last October.
