A train fire in College Station had officials working into the evening.
Around 9pm Saturday, authorities got word of one car on a train coming through College Station being on fire. Firstresponders got to the scene and began fighting the fire west of Northgate along Wellborn. Bryan firefighters also joined the effort.
Officials shut down roads and power in the area.
The fire was under control, according to College Station authorities, though they are still working the scene at 11pm.
What was in that train car is still unknown, but it is not believed to be hazardous material.
