Funeral arrangements have been made for three local teens killed Friday in a car accident on Highway 6.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Lincoln Center for former A&M Consolidated student and football player Ed King.
His funeral will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Central Baptist Church.
The funeral for Sarah Nichols, 17, of Bryan will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shiloh Baptist Church in Bryan. Nichols is a Bryan High Graduate and was attending Prairie View A&M University.
The funeral for 18-year-old Bryson Thompson are set for Friday at 11 a.m. at the New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church in Bryan. Thompson was also a Bryan High Graduate and was attending Prairie View A&M University.
Augustin Hernandez, 32, of Deer Park also died in Friday's accident.
According to the Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 3 p.m. Friday a mile north of FM 2154 on Highway 6.
Authorities say a car was stopped in one of the southbound lanes waiting to make a left turn onto a private drive.
Two cars were behind that vehicle when a dump truck going south hit its breaks, skid and slid into those three.
The passenger car with the three teens was headed north on Highway 6, and was unable to avoid the crash.
A sixth vehicle took evasive action and avoided the chaos.
Two other people involved in the accident were injured and released.
One person walked away unharmed.
