The Bryan Aquatic Center has closed to allow repair of equipment damaged as a result of a broken water line.
According to Parks & Recreation, a four-inch line near the pool on Oak Ridge Drive ruptured around 7 p.m. Wednesday, but Water Services crews had the line repaired by 6 a.m. Thursday.
The damage caused by leaking water affected the pool’s pumps, heater and electrical panels, all of which will undergo repairs for up to two weeks.
