It took jurors just two hours to find a former Corps member guilty Thursday of raping a Texas A&M foreign exchange student in 2004.
Elton Yarbrough attacked the girl and sexually assaulted her when she was passed out from drinking.
Yarbrough pleaded not guilty to the charge earlier this week. He contended that the sex was consensual.
He was awaiting trial on another alleged sexual assault when he was arrested in this case.
During the punishment phase, jurors heared from the victim of the attack.
They also heard from two other women who say Yarbrough sexually assaulted them.
