Concealed Carry on Campus Proponents Wearing Empty Holsters
You may notice some gun holsters being worn on the A&M campus the rest of this week, but they'll be empty...at least for now.

You may notice some gun holsters being worn on the A&M campus the rest of this week, but they'll be empty...at least for now.

It's part of the continued national movement to change state laws and allow licensed gun owners to carry on campuses.

Students for Concealed Carry on Campus is making the symbolic move to raise awareness for their cause.

A Texas Senate bill authored by an Aggie, Senator Jeff Wentworth is up for discussion in Austin, along with a companion bill in the House.

Some people will always be sheep and others will always be sheep dogs. It's not the sheeps fault they were raised to not have a clue about the world.

Amen Chris. So many people have a knee-jerk reaction to more people carrying guns. The key is "who" is carrying, a licensed CCL or a criminal. Facts are hard to argue (unless you're a left wing nut).

The arguments against allowing concealed carry on campus are the exact same ones that were given when concealed carry everywhere else was first introduced. Not a single one of those arguments had any validity in fact then. They have no validity in fact now.
