Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for the man who died after collapsing at a College Station council meeting.
Services for Dean Carlton, 77, will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Bryan.
Last Thursday, Carlton was speaking to the council about parking requirements on Holleman Drive, when he collapsed.
Carlton had an aneurism and died early the next morning.
Mr. Carlton was a Texas A&M graduate who practiced law in Dallas.
When he retired, Carlton and his wife moved to College Station, so he could attend Aggie sporting events.
He would have been 78 years old in November.
