A female inmate's account of improper sexual activity with a Bryan prison guard has led to the guard's indictment.
Vincent Rosas, 37, was indicted Thursday on two counts of violating the civil rights of a person in custody.
He was arrested in August, after the female inmate told officials that she and Rosas engaged in sexual acts on 10 different occasions beginning in June 2005.
The woman claimed their rendezvous took place in the prison chapel.
Rosas worked at the minimum-security women's facility for 12 years.
He resigned following his arrest.
Two Franklin men have also been indicted for allegedly stealing several heads of cattle.
Terry Meadors and Bryan Renfrow were arrested in Brazos County in July.
They are believed to have stolen cows from a Franklin man's property and then taken them to the livestock auction in Bryan.
A College Station man was also indicted Thursday for burglary with the intent to commit another felony.
Douglas Fink was arrested in July after police found him trying to climb into an apartment through a broken window.
Fink later told police he was going to kill a man inside the apartment he had a disagreement with earlier, according to police documents.
