Homeless Man Steals Lobster as Ticket Back to Jail

Saying he just wanted to go back to jail, that's exactly where a homeless man is after stealing a live lobster from a local restaurant.

College Station Police say Christopher Wolff stole a three-pound lobster from Red Lobster and then walked out of the restaurant.

When police caught up with Wolff, he no longer had the lobster.

Wolff, 28, told police he left it in the kitchen of the College Station Seafood restaurant, just down the street. Sure enough, that's where they found the animal.

Wolff is charged with theft and remains jailed on $2,000 bond.

The lobster died during the incident.
