More Bryan neighborhoods are saying "no thanks" to multiple roommates.
When city council meets Tuesday, seven more neighborhoods will have their rezoning requests heard for the first time. And another three will have their requests finalized.
The rezoning makes the areas "Residential Neighborhood Conservation" districts, which limits the number of unrelated adults in the home to two.
Under the rezoning guidelines, residents have to turn in notorized signatures from two-thirds of the property owners in the affected area.
