A College Station woman indicted for murder kept her word and surrendered to Robertson County authorities Tuesday. Cheryl Arnold, 33, was released after posting a $10,000 bond on the murder charge.
Arnold is accused of fatally stabbing Angel Williams, 43, during a confrontation at a rodeo. The incident took place in September at the Robertson County Fairgrounds. Arnold claims she was acting in self defense.
