A Texas A&M graduate and Marine is being treated in San Antonio after being injured in battle in Iraq.
1stLt Dan Moran, a graduate in the Class of 2003, was hit by an improvised explosive device (IED) while serving in Ramadi. According to the family, Moran was flown to Baghdad, then to Germany, and finally to the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
The family released the information in a letter through the A&M Corps of Cadets. They say Moran will not be able to have visitors for three months, if not longer.
Moran has a wife, Teal.
