A man accused of trying to pick up kids over the internet has been indicted. Pradipta Basu, 28, is charged with attempted aggravated assault of a child and online solicitation of a minor. Basu is accused of setting up a meeting with a teenage girl who was really an undercover officer.
Also indicted was Elwood Webber, a former member of Bryan's top 10 Most Wanted, and Webber's gifrlfriend, Takeya Ginn. The two were arrested in August after the couple allegedly threatened to kill a man, possibly over drugs. Ginn has been indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Webber for delivery of a controlled substance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and evading arrest.
