Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible, across the Brazos Valley, Saturday afternoon and evening. Winds in excess of 40-60mph are the main concern, within the strongest activity. An isolated, brief tornado threat cannot be ruled out. Heavy rainfall between 1" and 3" has the potential to cause localized flash flooding in a few locations.
Some of the Brazos Valley's finest danced their way into the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The parade, which got off to a chilly and wet start, featured some high-kicking locals.
The Bryan High School Shy-Annes, and A&M Consolidated's Bengal Belles were featured performers in the parade. They performed with over 100 dancers, and were part of the final group to lead in the crowd favorite, Good Old Saint Nick.
