This is the first weekend in December and the Brazos Valley is getting into the Christmas spirit.
Nearly 80 parents and kids took part in the first annual Rudolph 5-K Fun Run and Walk today.
The event is part of the Healthy Kids Initiative, and is a partnership between the Children's Museum and other sponsors to help kids make healthy
choices early in life.
Bryan Radiology is one sponsor who agreed to donate 7-hundred fifty dollars to the school with the most 5K participants.
Allen Academy won with 23 of students running in the race.
First place runners of the Rudolph Run were Matt Bain and ten year old Rene Rodriguez.
