Help may soon be on the way to the residents of Hunter's Creek, whose roads are in need of some serious repair.
A public hearing has been scheduled for January 16, 2007 at 10 a.m. at the Brazos County courthouse in Bryan.
Some homeowners in the residential area say the developer has neglected the private roads, and the roads do not qualify for county upkeep.
A deal has been offered to residents of Hunter's Creek by the Brazos County Commissioners. If the residents pay to get the road up to county standards, the county will then assume road maintenance in the future.
