Two men that court documents say participated in a deadly motorcycle race in June were indicted by a Brazos County grand jury Thursday.
Hunter Konzen, 22, of College Station and David Svrcek, 23, were both indicted for causing serious bodily injury while racing on a highway.
According to DPS reports in June, Svrcek was racing 24-year-old William Waters at high speeds on Leonard Road.
A truck owned by Konzen was parked in the road as an end point.
DPS reports indicate Waters did not stop at the end and crashed into that truck.
Waters was pronounced dead at the scene.
