It happened on Highway 21 near the Highway 47 bridge.
We're told a red truck sped in front of a Chevy pickup, causing the truck to swerve and flip.
The Chevy landed upside down on top of a barbed wire fence on the side of the road.
The male and female passengers managed to escape the mangled mess by crawling out of the truck.
Several other drivers stopped to help, including one woman who saw it happen in her rear view mirror.
Brazos County DPS is still investigating the accident.
