A FLASH FLOOD WATCH is in effect until midnight for Lee County. Strong thunderstorms will continue to be possible, across the Brazos Valley, this evening. Winds in excess of 40-60mph are the main concern, within the strongest activity.Heavy rainfall between 1" and 3" has the potential to cause localized flash flooding in a few locations.
You can expect delays at a Bryan intersection over a couple of days this week.
Work crews will close the intersection of Beck Street and Palasota Drive on Tuesday and Wednesday. That's to allow for the installation of a sewer line and a manhole.
The work is part of the Beck Street Extension Project.
The intersection will be closed from 7 a.m to 6 p.m. both days. It will reopen during off-hours.
