Body of Murder Victim Could Be Exhumed in Two Weeks
There's an update to an unsolved murder case we've been following for a almost a year. In early June, we told you the body of Hearne murder victim, Hank Johnson will be exhumed. There's an update to an unsolved murder case we've been following for a almost a year. In early June, we told you the body of Hearne murder victim, Hank Johnson will be exhumed. Thursday, his mother tells News 3 it will happen in two weeks.
Sandi Johnson says an investigator with the Robertson County D-A's office tells her that the county will hire a contractor.
Once the body's exhumed, the remains will be sent to Dallas where a medical examiner will collect forensic evidence from beneath her son's fingernails...evidence that wasn't collected during a previous autopsy.
News 3 called the investigator who confirmed the new autopsy but wouldn't confirm the timetable for the exhumation.

They say they are going to but I don't know when. They told the KBTX Station that they are. But then I heard it was cancelled. So I don't know but maybe they don't want the evidence to prove who did it. Maybe they already know.

what happen to the justice in this mans murder at the hotel. are they going to exume him or what? Just Da this and that, talk, talk, talk. when are they actually going to do something about it. I think we need to write letters to the attorney general.

Pick up the peices of your heart. put one foot in front of the other and fight for your rights! Stare them in the face and say stop the BS and get busy are your not going to have a job. you'll be homeless, you'll need food, and then they will cry. And say how does it feel? It won't hurt as much but it will hurt quite a bit. And some will go to jail for obstruction of justice.
