NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Former NFL MVP Steve McNair has been
shot and killed.
Titans owner Bud Adams confirmed the quarterback's death in a
brief statement released Saturday.
Adams called him "one of the finest players to play for our
organization and one of the most beloved players by our fans. He
played with unquestioned heart and leadership and led us to places
that we had never reached, including our only Super Bowl."
McNair led the Titans within a yard of forcing overtime in the
2000 Super Bowl.

I feel real sorry for his wife. Especially when she finds out from police that he was killed by his mistress and she killed herself afterward. Thats why the police aren't activelly looking for a suspect. Mcnair shot multiple times but the female only shot once. The female shot Mcnair then took her own life. Also, Mcnair's family said they had no idea who the female was, yet the female and Mcnair were pulled over a few days earlier in a vehicle that was registered to Mcnair and the female that shot him, she was arrested for DUI from that incident. Bottom line...don't cheat on your wife.
