Find out what's lurking behind the kitchen door of your favorite
restaurant. How do they fair under the watchful eye of the Brazos County Health Department? KBTX continues to look at which Brazos Valley restaurants are making the grade and which ones aren't.

A N/S on a routine inspection is when a normal routine inspection is done but not scored. If someone requests an inspection to make sure their restaurant is in compliance, usually a routine is marked indicating that a full inspection was done but was not scored. sometimes, compliance is circled. just depends on situation.

The n/s is when somebody complains to the health department and they go and follow up if they find something rhey grade if not n/s
