Bond has been set a $30,000 for a Spring man accused of injuring his infant twins.
Joshua Powell, 26, remains in the Montgomery County jail charged with two felony counts of injury to a child.
Investigators say the mother of the four-month old twins will not be charged. It was the mom who rushed the babies to the hospital December 23 when both starting vomiting and having seizures.
Powell was arrested Friday after it was determined the twins' injuries were consistent with "shaken baby syndrome."
