Robertson County Sheriff's deputies are trying to track down a robber who held-up two female convenience store employees at gunpoint, getting away with an undisclosed amount of money.
The robbery happened at the Oak Grove Convenience Store about 4 miles north of Franklin, around 5 o'clock Wednesday morning.
Employees have told authorities they dialed 911, after the man left the store with the money.
Sheriff Gerald Yezak says the robber entered the store demanding cash and displayed a small chrome-plated, semi-automatic handgun.
During the robbery no shots were fired and nobody was injured.
The robbery suspect is described as a slender-built black man, between 5'8 and 5'9 and was wearing dark clothing, gloves and a stocking over his head.
