The final suspect in a 2003 Brazos County murder investigation is back in town to face local charges. Boris Mogilevich, 28, is charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of Tommy Andrade. His bond has been set at $2 million. But if he makes bail, he'll have to comply with a number of restrictions imposed by 85th District Judge J.D. Langley.
Mogilevich is believed to be one of three hitmen hired to kill Andrade by convicted murderer Chad Davis. He managed to elude capture until he was tracked down last year in Hungary. He was extradited back to the U.S., arriving in Brazos County Monday night. A trial date has not yet been set for Mogilevich.
