The woman found guilty of embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Brazos County District Attorney's office is out of jail.
During a hearing Tuesday morning, Queen Walker was released and placed on 10 years probation.
Walker spent the past 120 days behind bars.
361st District Judge Steve Smith also ordered Walker to write a letter of apology to the district attorney's office and to the victims.
Smith asked the letter be written within the next 30 days and that Walker pay for it to be printed in the Eagle on two Sundays.
Walker will also have to pay the $108,000 in restitution that she still owes.
