A five-car accident created quite a mess for Friday afternoon motorists.
Police haven't said what started the mix up, but at least one person was hurt and had to be taken to the hospital. However, the extent of the injury is not believed to be life threatening.
Authorities had to shut down Stotzer Blvd., which created a traffic tieup as cars were detoured through Research Park and FM 2818. But the wreck was cleared and the road reopened shortly after 6 p.m.
