Students wanting to learn more about Texas A&M had their chance Saturday. Prospective students and their families converged onto the campus of A&M for Aggieland Saturday.
The event is held to give transfer and high school students the opportunity to learn more specific information about admission and financial aid requirements.
They were also treated to performances by some of the student organizations.
One university official said they expected close to ten thousand visitors for today's event. Aggieland Saturday is held once a year and sponsored by the Office of Admissions and Records.
