Nearly 30 people are being treated in Atlanta hospitals with injuries sustained in a deadly bus accident.
Six people are dead. Three of the injured are in critical condition.
The bus was carring a baseball team from Bluffton University in Ohio.
A doctor at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta says 19 male students are being treated there. Three are in critical condition; all but two are awake and talking. Doctors are checking them for broken bones.
Doctor Leon Haley says they're "pretty calm," considering what they've been through, and that they are "very aware of what's going on."
The bus from the Mennonite-affiliated school toppled off a highway ramp before dawn in clear weather. It crashed on top of a pickup on Interstate 75 below. The pickup driver wasn't hurt.
